Do I need my own AI API key?
Yes. ClawdbotHosting provides the infrastructure and deployment - you bring your own AI provider API key. For managed hosting, we support Anthropic Claude and OpenAI. For BYOS deployments with GPU-capable hardware, you can also run local models (Ollama, llama.cpp). You'll also need API credentials for each messaging platform you connect (WhatsApp Business, Discord bot token, etc.).
What's the difference between managed and BYOS?
With managed hosting, we provide and maintain the server infrastructure for you. With BYOS (Bring Your Own Server), you provide your own server from any cloud provider, and we handle the Clawdbot deployment and management.
What counts as a bot instance?
A bot instance is a single deployed Clawdbot that connects to your platforms. Each instance can connect to multiple platforms (Discord, Slack, Telegram, etc.) simultaneously.
Can I change plans or server size later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan and server configuration at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! Annual plans receive a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.
